This plastic model assembly kit features a four-wheel-drive racer that delivers high-performance performance and is fun to race.

The Manta Ray Mk.II City Circuit Special is a special machine designed for the City Circuit Tokyo Bay in Odaiba, Tokyo, and is planned and operated by TOM'S, a company involved in full-scale racing and custom car parts development.

Its body, inspired by a ray swimming through the ocean, is the same purple as the EV karts (motorized racing karts) that race there.

It features a split rear wing and raised front fenders.

Body markings, as well as the "CITY CIRCUIT" and TOM'S logos, are provided as special metallic stickers.

The MA chassis combines high drive efficiency with easy assembly.

The chassis itself is black, with rollers, gear covers, and other parts coordinated in the same purple as the body.

Special low-friction maroon tires with a pad-printed "CITY CIRCUIT TOKYO BAY" logo add a stylish touch to your ride.

[MA Chassis Designed for Driving Efficiency]

"MA" stands for Midship Aero. The "MS Chassis" features a midship layout with a double-shaft motor mounted in the center of the vehicle, while the "AR Chassis" is designed with particular attention to airflow (aero) while driving.

The "MA Chassis" combines the outstanding features of each chassis into a single vehicle.

Of course, leveraging accumulated racing know-how, driving performance has also been thoroughly refined, with features such as a 3.5:1 gear ratio, six low-friction resin rollers, and a rear skid bar as standard equipment.

Additionally, the adoption of a one-piece monocoque structure improves ease of assembly and maintenance.

This chassis is suitable for a wide range of racers, from beginners to veterans, and for races on two- and three-lane courses to official competitions on large, specially constructed five-lane circuits.

The "Mantaray Mk.II City Circuit Special" will be on sale at City Circuit Tokyo Bay (Ome, Koto Ward) starting Saturday, June 14, 2025.

Workshops and a special course will also be available for racing.
