The Cross Spear 01 Japan Cup 2025 is a commemorative Japan Cup model based on the Cross Spear 01, created by hyper designer Takayuki Yamazaki.

Its sharp, spear-like body is finished in white.

Stickers are included, including the "Japan Cup 2025" logo on the side of the car and the truss section connecting the body and side panel, the machine's most distinctive feature.

The chassis is the popular VZ Chassis, a racing car.

The chassis itself, as well as A-parts such as the front and rear bumpers and rollers, are all blue.

The fluorescent orange five-spoke wheels are fitted with super-hard, small-diameter, low-profile tires printed with "Tamiya Mini 4WD Japan Cup 2025."

In addition to its refreshing white and blue color scheme, the chassis also draws attention.

[VZ Chassis: Pursuing Strength and Expandability]

The VZ chassis further refines the performance of the compact, lightweight, short-wheelbase VS chassis, which is popular in racing.

While retaining the excellent features of the VS chassis, such as maneuverability and ease of maintenance, the VZ chassis has increased the strength of the bumper, rear stay base, propeller shaft bearing, and other components.

Another key feature is the appropriate amount of flex to absorb impacts.

In addition to the rear roller stays, the front bumper can also be separated, greatly increasing the degree of freedom in setting options.

The shaft bearings use 620 plastic bearings made from POM resin, which has low friction resistance.

Both the chassis itself and A parts such as the gear cover are made from ABS resin.

The gear ratio is set to 3.5:1.
