Description
Acrysion
A water-based emulsion paint that is non-flammable and non-hazardous. It is characterized by low odor and low solvent content.
Acrysion Color is a new generation water-based emulsion paint that solves the problems of slow drying time, weak paint film, and odor caused by organic solvents, and aims to improve safety and the painting environment.
<Product features>
・After drying, it becomes water resistant and forms a solvent resistant coating.
・We have created an ultra-low odor model paint that minimizes the use of organic solvents.
- Although it is a water-based paint, it dries quickly and has high workability.
・We also have a lineup of glossy paints that were difficult to use with conventional water-based emulsion paints.
・The coating film has a certain degree of followability after drying.
- Low solvent content makes it difficult to erode thin molded ABS parts that are easily damaged by solvents.
・Unlike solvent-based paints that dissolve plastic resin and stick to it, it sticks to the paint using its own sticking power. It is also possible to paint urethane resin, which has strong solvent resistance, without a primer. It is also possible to paint polycarbonate. However, in terms of bite, the performance will be better if you perform surface treatment including a primer.
<About dilution>
・When applying with a brush, you can use it as is without diluting it. If it is difficult to apply, add 1-2 drops of water or Acrision Retarder (recommended). Please note that if it is too diluted, the pigment will run easily and cause uneven coloring on the painted surface.
・When using with an airbrush, please use Acrysion Airbrush Thin Liquid Kai. (Dilution ratio of about 1:0.3). When diluting with water, we recommend diluting it little by little and reducing the air pressure as much as possible. Please note that if too much water is added, it will be repelled by the object to be painted.
After painting, tools such as brushes and airbrushes can be washed with water before the paint dries. After drying, it does not dissolve in water, so please clean it with Acrysion's special tool cleaner.
*The supernatant of clear and acrysion is milky white, but it becomes transparent when it dries.
*Can also be painted over Mr. Color or enamel paint. It cannot be used on old label water-based hobby colors or other companies' water-based acrylic paints as it will cause cracks.
*Cannot be mixed with water-based hobby color or Mr. Color.
*Acrysion, once hardened and solidified, will not dissolve again. Additionally, if the paint or thinner becomes acidic due to high room temperature, the paint will solidify.
