Magnetic mines, which appeared at the start of World War II, are a type of sensitive mine that explodes in response to the magnetic field generated on the hull, posing a great threat to ships navigating the sea.

In 1941, as a measure to counteract the magnetic field distortion caused by the hull, the Imperial Japanese Navy immediately equipped all ships with coils called "Gongai Electric Circuit" (demagnetizing wire).

This product is an etching part that can reproduce the Kangai electric circuit.

It can be used for a wide range of Japanese naval vessels including Mogami.

A length of about 2 m is available for large ships such as the battleship Yamato.
