Freight Collect:
Used to state that the person or company that receives goods will pay the cost of transporting the goods at the time they are received:
All freight and charges billed on freight collect basis must be paid in full prior to release of the cargo.
Shipping:
It is the responsibility of the recipient to check and inspect the products before signing for them on delivery. Any damages must be checked and signed for as "damaged" at the time of delivery. Once deliveries have been signed for in the usual way (as accepted), it will not be possible to make any claims for damages.
About Damaged Packaging:
It is our policy that packaging is for the protection of the toys or figurines inside, not the packaging box. Therefore, for all of our products, we do not replace packaging. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.

*In addition, if the carton or package is found damaged or collapsed but the product inside remains intact, please note that we will not offer a replacement of the product and package.
Dangerous Goods:
No international shipping service for glue, paints, primers, thinners and lacquer varnishes, batteries as these items are classed as dangerous goods.
